Cara Direct Care patients know Paula Tomczyk as the office manager who greets them with a smile, and takes care of their needs. She is also a beloved figure to the children of Western Springs, who know her as Firefighter Paula. She goes to all the preschool and kindergarten classes and teaches the Fire Prevention Program. Paula came to the St John of the Cross Teacher Parade to cheer on the teaching staff and encourage everyone to practice safe social distancing! We are grateful for her dedication to education on fire safety, her work as a local firefighter and finally her tireless work at Cara Direct Care to keep everything running smoothly! She truly is our hero!!
