1. OFFICE CLOSED TODAY: The office is closed today for Presidents’ Day and will reopen on Tuesday at 9am.

3. ILLINOIS VACCINE PROGRAM UPDATE:
PHASE 1B - Phase 1B is well underway and has been very frustrating for all, especially our seniors who don’t all have the technical skills to navigate online sign ups. Please reach out to elderly around you to make sure they have someone to help. Please call us at Cara Direct Care if you are having trouble signing up - we have medical students who are eager to help1
Phase 1B eligibility expands on Feb. 25 to include those age 16-65 with one of the following conditions:
- DIABETES
- HYPERTENSION
- OBESITY (BMI >30, check your BMI using this link....https://www.bmi-calculator.net
- PULMONARY DISEASE
- CARDIAC DISEASE
- CANCER
- IMMUNOCOMPROMISED
- SICKLE CELL DISEASE
- PREGNANCY
If you qualify for Phase 1B or 1C, lease make sure that you are signed up for all available vaccine programs listed here:
